I am a Registered Psychotherapist Qualifying with a master’s degree from Tyndale University, where I focused on healthy family relationship therapy.

I have over three years of experience supporting clients through career counselling within the non-profit sectors. For the past two years, I have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds, addressing concerns such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship challenges. I volunteered with St. John Ambulance, providing therapy dog visits to seniors facing mental health difficulties and supporting caregivers through educational resources.

My approach is rooted in empathy, community engagement, and a strong commitment to client well-being.

Sometimes, my retired therapy dog joins us in session, offering a calming presence and quietly bringing comfort to the space.
